FAQ
The Copperstone Home Owners Association is managed by a five-member Board of Directors. The five-member Board of Directors consists of three permanent members that represent the Developer of Copperstone, and two members elected annually (Homeowners Rep; Villas Rep). Annually, the Board appoints a four member HOA Officer team to manage the day to day business (President; Vice President; Treasurer, Secretary). The Board engages a professional management company to provide administrative, accounting, and maintenance services for the Association.
The Homeowners Rep and the Villas Rep (based upon nominations from the residents) are elected during the annual property owners meeting held in November of each year. Each Rep holds a one-year term. The HOA Officers, at a later date, are appointed annually by the newly chosen five-member Board with nominations by the residents being one of the criteria considered during the appointment process.

Tennessee fishing license requirements should be followed. “Catch and release” is the procedure (after fish is captured, immediately unhook it and return it to the water) to be used when fishing there. Never allow your fishing tackle to get within close proximity of the fountain and/or the aerator.
